sentix - behavioral indices - The platform for sentiment analysis and behavioral finance

 

What is sentix?

The sentix-project started in February, 2001. Within two years it ranks now as one of the leading surveys of investor opinion in Germany and Europe. The poll is taken every week on Friday. Due to our effective polling procedure we are able to publish all results until Monday morning!

A second goal is to provide investors and academics with accurate and timely data about what investors think on markets. This data is a missing piece to run investment strategies based on behavioral finance.

About 3.100 people (among them more than 690 institutional investors) will be asked about their opinion on 12 different markets. These markets are:

One of the key features of the sentix-index family is, that it is very wellcome for everybody to take part on the weekly survey. As a result every sentix-voter has FREE access to the huge sentiment database.
