Cancellation Policy for Consumers

This cancellation policy applies only to consumers as defined in Section 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB) and only to contracts concluded with sentix GmbH via distance selling. It does not apply to contracts with business customers or institutional clients.
Right of Cancellation
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is fourteen days from the date the contract is concluded.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement, such as a letter or email. You may use the model withdrawal form for this purpose, though its use is not mandatory.
Starting June 19, 2026, you may also exercise your right of withdrawal online using the withdrawal function provided on our website. This can be accessed at sentix.de under “Declare Withdrawal”. If you use this online function, we will immediately send you, on a durable medium (such as by email), a confirmation of receipt containing the text of your notice of withdrawal as well as the date and time of its receipt.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notice of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we must refund all payments we have received from you without delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received notice of your withdrawal from this contract.
We will use the same payment method for this refund that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees in connection with this refund.
Special Note Regarding Digital Content
For contracts involving the provision of digital content that is not delivered on a physical medium—such as reports, PDF documents, data packages, or digital analyses—your right of withdrawal expires prematurely if we have begun fulfilling the contract after you have expressly agreed that we may begin fulfilling the contract before the expiration of the withdrawal period, you have confirmed your awareness that, by giving your consent, you lose your right of withdrawal upon the start of contract performance, and we have provided you with a corresponding contract confirmation on a durable medium.
Special Note Regarding Digital Services
For contracts regarding digital services or ongoing online access, your right of withdrawal for paid contracts expires only upon complete performance of the service, provided that you have previously expressly consented to our beginning performance before the expiration of the withdrawal period and have confirmed your awareness that your right of withdrawal expires upon our complete performance of the contract.
If you expressly request that we begin providing the service during the withdrawal period, you may be required to pay compensation for the services provided up to the time of withdrawal in the event of a withdrawal, provided that we have duly informed you of this.
